Shipping Policy – Al Dewan Pharmacy
At Al Dewan Pharmacy, we strive to ensure that your order reaches you safely and promptly. Please review the following shipping policy to understand our procedures and expectations.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer various shipping methods based on your location within the U.A.E:
- Standard Delivery: Typically processed within 1-3 business days.
- Express Delivery: Delivered within 24 hours for select locations.
- Same-Day Delivery: Available for orders placed before 12:00 PM in select areas. Orders placed after this time will be delivered the next day.
Note: Delivery timelines may vary during holidays or peak seasons.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on the selected shipping method and delivery location:
- Standard Delivery: Flat rate of AED 20 for orders under AED 100.
- Free Shipping: 10 AED Available for orders over AED 100.
- Express & Same-Day Delivery: Fees vary depending on the delivery location and urgency of the order.
Order Processing
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day. You will receive an order confirmation email, followed by a notification with the shipping details once your order is dispatched.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to monitor the status of your delivery. For any questions regarding your shipment, please contact our customer service at 03 755 6112.
Delivery Areas
We currently deliver across the U.A.E, with delivery options varying depending on your location. Please ensure your delivery address is accurate to avoid delays or missed deliveries.
Unsuccessful Deliveries
If our courier is unable to deliver your order due to an incorrect address or unavailable recipient, we will attempt to contact you to reschedule the delivery. A second delivery attempt will be made at no extra cost. After two failed attempts, your order may be returned to our warehouse.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong items, please notify us immediately by contacting 03 755 6112 or emailing info@aldewan-pharmacy.com. We will arrange for a replacement or refund in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
International Shipping
At this time, we do not offer international shipping. Deliveries are limited to addresses within the U.A.E.
